7: The product's color is affected by lighting, monitor screens, cameras, etc., and the image may differ slightly from the actual product. Images and sizes are for reference only; please refer to the actual item.
8: The phone chain is just a decoration and does not have any load-bearing function; please do not use it for lifting.
9: Please do not pull the phone chain forcefully, as it risks breaking. There will be no after-sales service after three days from the date of sale.
10: The phone chain is considered a consumable; situations such as beads falling or scratches appearing during use are not covered by after-sales service.
Regarding after-sales:
- 1.If the phone chain breaks due to non-human reasons within a week of receipt, after-sales service is available.
- 2. Handmade products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Handmade products are assumed to have slight flaws; we cannot guarantee they will be exactly the same or perfect, and there may be color differences, asymmetry, and other defects such as exposed wire, which are considered normal.
- 3. Please record a complete unboxing video to confirm the package's condition and for after-sales service. The after-sales period is within three days of receipt. No after-sales service will be provided without a video.
